Combine non-fat milk solids and 1 cup flour. Remove a Tbsp of white from the eggs and reserve for glaze. Add remainder of eggs, vanilla, and softened yeast. Beat till smooth. Add 1 cup flour with fruits and nuts.

 


2½ cups (0.6 liters) non-fat milk
¼ cup (59.2 grams) low fat parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Salt to taste
¼ teaspoon crushed nutmeg ...
