Nonstick vegetable oil spray is a commercial product that consists of a combination of oil, lecithin, and a harmless propellent used to give cooking and other surfaces a nonstick coating. The spray contains very little fat.

Nonstick:
A coating which is either applied through a high temperature process called coil-coating on metal before the pan is formed, or spray coated on after the pan is formed.

Nonstick
This term is used to describe pans or bakeware which have been coated with a interior surface which allows food to release easily and speeds up cleaning. Not all surfaces are durable. I recommend Calphalon® for great food release.

Step 2: Nonstick rolling
Anchor a pastry cloth or kitchen towel (not terry cloth) around a large cutting board (at least 12 x 12 inches) with masking tape, and use a cloth cover (stockinet) for your rolling pin.

Nonstick coatings tend to degrade over time, and require vigilant care and attention.

Heat a nonstick griddle coated lightly with butter or oil. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each cake. Cook over medium heat until the top is bubbly and the edges appear dry. Turn carefully, and cook the second side until golden brown.

Calphalon nonstick bakeware is a hard anodized aluminum bake ware with a nonstick coating. If you are looking for a cheaper brand that will perform almost as well as the more expensive ones this may be what you are searching for.

Flat, resilient sheets of regular or nonstick aluminum or tinned steel, with a raised rim all around or just on one edge. They are used for baking cookies, pastries, roasting chilis, toasting bread crumbs, nuts, and coconut, and much more.

With the advent of nonstick cookware, sautéing can be done at lower heats using vegetable broth and fruit juices instead of oil. Stewing refers to cooking slowly in a small amount of liquid in a closed container.

In a nonstick frying pan, heat the oil. Then add the mustard seeds and the fennel seeds powder.
After they fry, add the ginger-garlic paste and allow to fry on low heat.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of egg mixture (about 1/2 cup) to skillet.

Put on a nonstick cookie sheet and freeze, uncovered. Once frozen, store them in a freezer bag. For fresh bread, take out several pieces and thaw (microwave four pieces about 20 seconds). Place on a cookie sheet and put in a cold oven.

Heat a nonstick frying pan or griddle and swab on some vegetable oil with a paper towel. Drop about 2 tablespoons of the batter onto the hot griddle, let the batter spread by itself and wait for tiny bubbles to appear in the pancake.

There are special steel crepe pans, 4 to 5 inches in diameter, that have very short sides, which makes the crepe easy to flip. Any pan that has a nonstick surface works just as well, and does not have to be seasoned.
