Sweet things do exist however, originally they were something to indulge in when drinking ocha (tea), and so sweets are closely linked to cha-do (the way of tea).
Ocha Tea Odori Ebi Live, "dancing" shrimp; living Ama Ebi. Ohyo Halibut Okonomi Sushi Small rice balls usually topped with fish and Wasabi.
