Ovenproof dish
A dish made from a heatproof material such as glass, metal or earthenware that can withstand temperatures of 250°C, gas mark 9 and is suitable for use in the oven.

 


Ovenproof: This is the most common type of meat thermometer, designed to resist the prolonged heat of an oven.
