Slice the pizza into slices with a pizza cutter and serve immediately. It is delicious when served warm. Serve with ice cream, either vanilla, eggnog, or your favorite flavor.
Some people use a pizza cutter to cut around the pattern pieces. Scraps of dough can be formed into gingerbread house details and baked separately as they will take less time than the larger house walls.
Remove the pizza from the grill, and cool out
Allow it to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting. When it comes time to slice it, use a pizza cutter to cut it in half lengthwise and then cut into vertical slices.
Cut each circle into 12 wedges with a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Roll up each wedge, starting from the wide end. Bend ends of roll to shape it into a crescent. Place crescents 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
