PIZZOCCHERI - Fresh buckwheat noodles that are usually 1/2 inch wide and 4 to 5 inches long. The dish is completed with chopped potatoes, cabbage, cheese, butter and garlic.

Pizzoccheri of Valtellina is a pasta fontina recipe created of chopped savoy cabbage, potatoes cubed, butter, chopped leeks, sage leaves, pizzoccheri pasta, parmesan cheese, fontina cheese, and some salt and pepper.
