250g Pani Puri or gol gappa
125g black chickpeas
100g steamed bean sprouts - optional
125g potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 bunch of mint leaves
1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/4 tsp chilli powder
6 tbsp pani puri masala

Puri: A deep fried unleavened bread about 4 inches in diameter. It puffs up when cooked and should be served at once.

Some other examples of flatbread include chapati, injera, pizza, pita, cracker bread, lavash, puri, barbari, pancake, arepas, and naan. Many of these breads are designed to work like eating utensils for scooping up foods from a common serving platter.
