Indian Cooking Recipe : Red Rice
Ingredients :
2 cups of basmati rice
1 small beet or half big one
1 red onion
1 red pepper
2 tsp tomato paste or 1 small tomato
½ tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp biryani masala
1 tsp corriander powder ...

red rice vinegar = red vinegar = Chinese red vinegar = Chinese red rice vinegar Notes: This Asian vinegar is a bit salty. It's sometimes used in seafood or sweet and sour dishes, or as a dipping sauce.

Red rice vinegar is made with fermented red yeast rice. Many prefer this vinegar above the others because of its complex flavor range that features both tart and sweet notes.
