A relish fork is an eating utensil designed to fit into small containers of relish and other condiments so that diners can extract a small serving with which to dress their food.

For the relish, heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat and add the garlic and mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds start to pop, add the other spices and fry for 30 seconds.
