Rock cod Fish
The Rock cod (Lotella rhacina) is a temperate fish found off the coasts of south eastern Australia, Tasmania, the Great Australian Bight and northwards up the south western Australia coasts.

 


Rock cod is a saltwater fish with lean, mild-flavored, flaky white flesh. It is available as fresh or frozen fillets.
