Shichimi togarashi

Shichimi togarashi. Mixed hot spices for table use. The seven flavors are: red pepper (togarashi), ground sansho pepper pods, dried mandarin orange peel, black hemp seeds or white poppy seeds, nori seaweed bits, and white sesame seeds.
