Haddock Smokies
This dish can be made in individual ramekins to serve as a starter, or in one larger ovenproof dish for a main meal.
Ingredients for 4. Preheat the oven to 180c.

Arbroath smokies
Smoke-cured fish, unlike Finnan haddock they need no more cooking. They are gutted with the heads removed, though kept closed, and are smoked in pairs.
