Straight Dough
All (yeast dough) ingredients are mixed together in the order the formula or recipe directs until a smooth, stretchy dough is formed. Dough should be about 80 to 82 degrees F. when mixed.

This method consists of simply combining the ingredients and mixing them. The yeast may or may not first be activated by mixing with sugar and warm water.

Straight fish sauce tends to be overwhelmingly strong and salty. Usually the seasoning is added in moderation and cut with ingredients like citrus juice and sugar.
