Swedish meatballs need to be browned on all four sides before removing them from the skillet. A side dish of egg noodles should be prepared according to directions and set aside temporarily.

 


Swedish meatballs:
A combination of ground meat (often a combination of beef, pork, or veal), sauteed onions, milk:soaked breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, and seasonings. The mixture is formed into small balls, then sauteed until brown.
