The addition of taco sauce makes this recipe stand out, I used Old El Paso spicy for this but any brand will do. I advise you to make this chili a day...

Lean ground beef, chopped onion, diced green bell pepper, whole kernel corn, taco sauce, chili powder, garlic salt, ground cumin, refried beans, flour tortillas, shredded monterey jack cheese, butter melted, some shredded lettuce, ...

Seasonings, Condiments and Clean-Up -- Take small individual packets of salt, pepper, sugar and condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, soy sauce, taco sauce, whatever suits your fancy) and place them in a small zipper top plastic bag.

Tacos using low protein shells, shredded lettuce, shredded low protein cheese, diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced olives, etc. with a packet of taco sauce on the side.
Rice a Roni (low protein version), macaroni and cheese (low protein version).

2 tablespoons chile powder (Ancho chile powder, if you have it)
1 tablespoon tomato paste (I sometimes use taco sauce)
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne, optional
4 cups beef stock ...
