FGCC Federal Geodetic Control Committee: a standards committee concerned with accuracy levels in geodetic control.
BMs along the level line are established according to FGCC standards. At all orders of accuracy, the leveling party will verify that the starting BM elevation is correct by performing two-way leveling to the closest adjacent BM and back.
