one-to-many-relate : A type of relate connecting a unique value in one file to many records (that have the same value) in another file.
one-to-many A relate in which one record in a table is related to many records in another table.
One-to-Many: For every record in the parent table, there may be one or more records in the child table with a matching ID in the indexing fields (i.e. Building record and Asbestos incidence record - common field: Building #).
