PATPoint attribute table or polygon attribute table. A coverage can have either a point attribute table or a polygon attribute table, but not both.

The raster value attributes (VAT) contained in the combined layer, 'gpsflood', were related and transferred to the point attribute table (PAT) of the site survey layer based on the GPS-id.

A coverage feature class used to represent areas. A polygon is defined by the arcs that make up its boundary and a point inside its boundary for identification. Polygons have attributes (PAT) that describe the geographic feature they represent.
