Record Lot
Defined by the DC Surveyor. These are official, platted, recorded subdivision lots created by the DC Surveyor's Office in compliance with the Subdivision Ordinance of the District of Columbia.

Record: In an attribute table this would consist of a single "row" of descriptors for one feature in contrast to an item or field or column which consists of a single attribute descriptor.

Accessing Records in a Cursor
Now that you've got a good understanding of the general mechanics of creating cursors, let's look at how you can access the records returned in a cursor.
