Our viewshed map already has three categories -- For this reclass we will keep 0 as zero, but move the best value and second best to 4 and 3.
0: see no landmarks
3: see one landmark
4: see both landmarks ...
[3D analysis] The locations visible from one or more specified points or lines. Viewshed maps are useful for such applications as finding well-exposed places for communication towers, or hidden places for parking lots.
