Control Shot: A shot that is played with less than full power
COR: Coefficient of restitution. Measures the amount of bounce effect if the face caves in at impact.
Core: The center of the golf ball.

 


control shot-- Golf shot struck with less than full power.
core-- The center portion of the golf ball.
course-- The area used to play golf which consists of tees, fairways, greens, sand traps and other hazards.

Control shot - A shot that is played with less than full power to hit a target area.
Core - The center of the golf ball.
Course - The "course" is the whole area within which play is permitted. Usually made up of 9 or 18 holes.

Duck Hook - A shot that starts straight at the target and curves dramatically to the left of target (assuming a right-handed golfer.) One of the most out of control shot types.
