flub-- A mishit golf shot typically caused by striking the ground with the clubface before hitting the golf ball.
fluffy lie-- A ball that is sitting up in the grass especially the rough.

A poorly hit shot usually caused by hitting the ground before the ball

flub See "fat shot".
fluff To improve the ball lie (usually by placing the ball atop a patch of grass).
follow-through The final motion of the golf swing after impact.

Flub: To hit the ball only a few feet.
Flex: The amount of bend in a shaft.
Flier: Shot, usually hit from the rough, that travels way too far past the target.

FLUB - see dub above.
FOLLOW-THROUGH - the continuation of the golf swing to the end.

Flub - A badly hit shot caused by hitting the ground before the ball.
Fluff - mishit shot
Follow-through - The continuation of the swing after a ball has been hit.
