Many of us hackers. including me, have a tendency to get our right arm out of sync with our body. We have the problem of pulling our right arm back too far behind our body at the top of his back swing.

The effect is to take the club off the correct swing line, looping it forward on to the "outside" line. The result is an across line impact... the hallmark of the "hacker".
Again, this faulty downswing line brings about premature "release".

Steve Loesher: There are a number of publications that publish an annual golf directory/guide. These usually are published in the spring - at the beginning of golf season. "Pros and Hackers" and "Washington Golf Monthly" are such publications.
