Haskell Ball
Introduced in 1898 by inventor Coburn haskell, this rubber core ball consisted of a solid rubber center around which was wound elastic thread under tension. The cover was made from gutta-percha.

The Haskell ball is designed and patented by Coburn Haskell. It is the first rubber-cored ball.
