Play club - Old term for driving club common up to the latter part of the nineteenth century,
roughly equivalent to driver or 2-wood.
Pot bunker - Commonly found on traditional British links courses they are small, round,deep bunkers.

This was what is now called the driver but its purpose was somewhat different. Modern drivers tend to emphasize distance more than the "play clubs" of old which historically emphasiezed putting the ball in play off of the tee.

Play Club An obsolete ancient driver. Play Off To determine a winner in a tie match by playing further holes or a further round. Playing Professional A professional golfer who primarily competes in tournaments.
