If you are using your kitchen to its full potential then you are probably kicking up large amounts of heat and moisture and of course aromas. While this is a great thing, it is not absolutely great all of the time.

An exhaust fan is a fan which is used to control the interior environment by venting out unwanted odors, particulates, smoke, moisture, and other contaminants which may be present in the air.
