Sewerage system-A system comprising all piping, appurtenances, and treatment facilities used for the collection and disposal of sewage, except plumbing inside and in connection with buildings served, and the building drain.
Many areas still rely on septic tank systems instead of a city or county sanitary sewerage system. If you cannot connect your home to a sewerage system, you must check with local authorities about installing a septic tank.
I've heard before that there is quite a lot of gold in the sewerage systems of major cities. Something like four pounds of gold for every tonne of sewerage was found in Japan. That's a better rate than they find in mines.
Typically, these types of jobs include plumbing new connections into existing sewerage systems, installing or repairing stormwater drainage or unblocking drains and sewer pipes.
