Wafer Board - Another name for Oriented Strand Board (OSB). See Oriented Strand Board.
Waffle Floor/Slab - A reinforced concrete slab with equally spaced ribs parallel to the sides, having a waffle appearance from below.

Our question is is it possible to replace old Formica tops on wafer board that has been wet and caused it to buckle? Or should the board itself be replaced also? If so, could you give step by step instructions on how to install countertops?
