The Anadolu breed is not just another horse breed, but is rather the name given to a breed of ponies. There are a number of other names for this particular breed, such as Turk.
The Anadolu is the most common breed native to Turkey (roughly one million head of Anadolu in the country today). It also one of the oldest recognized horse breeds, with evidence that the Anadolu has been in existence for more than 10 centuries.
The Anadolu breed comes from Turkey and draws on the blood of several breeds of ancient times such as Arabian and Akhal-Teke. Their bloodlines are ancient in their own right.

Andalusian - mostly gray (all variations), bay, black, chestnut, grulla, palomino, and Isabella, lineback dun and leopard Appaloosa extremely rare. Spanish registry only accepts grays, blacks, and bays.
The Anatolian is a breed from Turkey whose local name is Anadolu Ati. There is no known established herdbook, and very little is known about their breed characteristics other than that they can be black, dark chestnut, or gray in color.
