The Arabian Horse is different to other horses in many ways. The common horse has nineteen pairs of ribs, the Arabian has only seventeen or eighteen. He also has stronger bones than the ordinary horse.

Positive reinforcement: For sensitive horses like Thoroughbreds or Arabians a pat on the neck, a soft word and a change of activity is often sufficient to encourage a horse to repeat the behaviour.

An Arabian gelding I once owned and started under saddle had a small problem with trailer loading; he'd simply plant his feet and refuse to get in for a long time.
