The Kisber Felver breed was developed at the former Kisber Stud in Hungary. The stud farm was founded in 1853 on 15,000 acres. It was developed primarily for the breeding of Thoroughbred horses.

The Kisber Felver, of Kisber Half-bred, is a relatively young breed, having been developed over the last hundred years at the Kisber Stud in Hungary.

The Kisber Felver breed was developed at the former Kisber Stud in Hungary. Through a carefully planned and controlled breeding program, rigorous in its selection process, a distinct type evolved.

Kisber Felver -Highbred Sport horse of Thoroughbred type used for sport horse. Sixe 15.3-17.0 hands and solid color including palomino and buckskin.


It is a Hungarian breed and is also known as Kisber Felver. Confirmation, athletic ability, movement and temperament are some of the traits exhibited by the Kisber.

Through selective crossing of native Hungarian horse breeds: Kisber Felver, Gidran, Furioso-North Star, and Nonius to established "warmblood sport horse " breeds such as Holsteiner, Hannoverian, and Dutch Warmblood.
