- Pottock -
The Pottock is one of the few pure ponies in France that is still semi-wild. It's influence is the Welsh B and the Arabian. There are 3 types of Pottock, Standard, pinto and the Double. They stand anywhere between 11hh and 14.2hh.
The Basque pony, which is also known as the Pottock in the Basque language, is a tough and hardy pony from the Basque region Navarra, and southwestern France, where it still lives semi-wild.
