Pozan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (97 words)
The Pozan, or Poznan, horse was developed in Poland.
It was bred at the studs at Posadowo, Racot, and Gogolewo.

The Masuren and Pozan were crossed to develop a breed called as Wielkopolski. This breed is also known as Mzursko-Poznanski. Wielkopolskis are very talented and versatile. Although not well known, they are quite fast and are natural athletes.

These were the Pozan and Masuren, the former being bred at studs at Posadowo, Racot, and Gogolewo, and the latter being bred at Liski in the Masury region. Both the Pozan and the Masuren were very notable breeds in their own right.

The breeds were the Pozan and the Masuren. The Pozan was bred at the stud farms of Posadowo, Gogolewo, and Racot. The Masuren was bred at the Liski stud farm in the Masury region.

It was developed by crossing two now extinct Polish breeds, the Pozan (bred at the Posadowo, Racot and Gogolewo studs) and the Masuren (bred at the Liski stud), so it is also referred to as the Mazursko-Poznanski.
