Vyatka
The Vyatka belongs to the North Russian Pony group. Its development was strongly influenced by the natural conditions in the territories of what are now Kriov and western Perm regions and in Udmurtia.

They originated in the areas around Vyatka and Obva river basins of the former USSR and have probably been influenced by both the Klepper and Konik ponies, while almost certainly being a descendant of the Tarpan.
