Stones cut to a certain size. Bigger quantity of cut stones are measured and but in different parcel to a fixed size.

A calibrated stone is one that has been cut exactly to a standard size, i.e. 5 mm, 10 mm x 14 mm.
The least valuable form is the pale yellow to colorless non-shiller type which in commerical cut, or calibrated stones may go for a few dollars per carat, and for custom cut stones somewhat more.
