Hannibal and Demostenes both wore poison rings. Although uncommon, these rings were not rare. Not only could they be used on "friends," but on oneself if the circumstances warranted. Cesare Borgia was noted for his lion ring.

 


Poison Rings are rings which are usually single. But they are huge and broad and have a cup like holder with a lid.

Poison Ring
Poison Ring is a ring that has a small box whose top opens with a hinge to hold small objects or in ancient day, a small amount of poison.
Porous
Porous describes materials with holes. Many stones are porous, including turquoise.
