ASSIGNOR - A person or entity who has made an assignment of rights or property.

 


Assignor: To transfer part of an ownership right in a patent application, patent or interest in a patent application or patent.

ASSIGNOR: A person who assigns a right, whether or not he/she is the original owner thereof.

The assignor is the person giving; assigning the item of property.
