Chapter 13 Plan A document the debtor must file in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, showing the debtor's proposal for repaying debts.

 


Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
It is a way of filing a bankruptcy in which the law provides a re-organisation of the assest and finanace including private properties in order to repay the debts owed by the person.

Chapter 13: a debt repayment plan, called a Wage Earner Plan , filed by individuals earning regular income.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
Under a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the debtor's repayment obligations are restructured under a plan approved by the bankruptcy court. Creditors cannot seek repayment outside of what the plan provides.

In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, the trustee's fee, the debtor's attorney fees, and other costs of bringing a bankruptcy case, which the debtor must pay in full.

In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, one or two creditors may attend, especially if they disagree with some provision of your repayment plan.

Wage Earner's Plan - Also, Chapter 13. A chapter of the Bankruptcy Code which allows a debtor to file a wage earner's plan for payment of a percentage of his debts from future earnings.
Waiver - Intentionally given up a right.

Misuse of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy remedy. This term is typically applied to Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings that should have been filed under Chapter 13, because the debtor appears to have enough disposable income to fund a Chapter 13 repayment plan.
