Counter claim

Counter claim: Claim presented by a defendant in opposition to, or deduction from, the claim of the plaintiff.
Court: Place where justice is administered.
Court administrator: Manager of administrative, non judicial affairs of the court.

Counter Claim: A claim by the defendant in a civil action that the defendant is entitled to damages or other relief from the plaintiff.

Counter Claim
A claim filed the the defendant against the plaintiff in an existing action. A counter claim is part of the answer.
