Devisor
A testator who leaves real estate.
Direct Reduction Mortgage
An amortized mortgage. One on which principal and interest being computed on the remaining balance.

DEVISOR. A testator; one, who devises his real estate.
2. As a general rule all persons who. may sell an estate may devise it. The disabilities of devisors may be classed, in three divisions. 1. Infancy.

A will is a document left by a deceased person, who is called a testator or devisor. A will allocates the property of a testator to living persons.

So a man may have frank tenement of him who had nothing, in the same manner as one may have fire from a flint, and yet there is no fire in the flint. But it is to perform the last will of the devisor.
