Fraudulent Conveyance
(n) Fraudulent conveyance is the transfer of title to a real property with an intention to avoid any possible claim which is due or may arise on such property. Eg.

n. the transfer (conveyance) of title to real property for the express purpose of putting it beyond the reach of a known creditor. In such a case the creditor may bring a lawsuit to void the transfer.

FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE. A conveyance of property without any consideration of value, for the purpose of delaying or bindering creditors. These are declared void by the statutes 13 Eliz. c. 6, and 27 Eliz. c.
