Indecent Exposure
exposing one's body and specially genitals by the way of nakedness in public is considered an indecent exposure.

 


indecent exposure - Uncovering areas of one's body considered "private" under circumstances likely to offend others.
indenture - A real estate deed between two parties in which both parties assume obligations.

indecent exposure
n. the crime of displaying one's genitalia to one or more other people in a public place, usually with the apparent intent to shock the unsuspecting viewer and give the exposer a sexual charge.

b : to purposely uncover (one's private body parts) or leave open to view in a place or situation in which such conduct is likely to be deemed offensive or indecent esp. as set forth by statute
