Joint Tenancy
It is the combined ownership of the real property or estate under the same title name by two or more persons, with undivided interest and full right to use part or entire portion of that property.

JOINT TENANCY - A method by which one person mutually holds legal title to property with other persons in such a way that when one of the joint owners dies his share automatically passes to the surviving joint owners by operation of law.

Joint tenancy: A form of joint ownership by two or more persons in which each person has an equal undivided ownership interest that passes directly to the surviving joint tenant(s) upon the death of any joint tenant.
