Judgment Creditor
When a lawsuit comes to an end by the judgement in the court by the judge or jury, the party who wins the trial where money is owed to them , is said to be the judgement creditor.

judgment creditor
n. the winning plaintiff in a lawsuit to whom the court decides the defendant owes money. A judgment creditor can use various means to collect the judgment.

judgment creditor - The party in whose favor a judgment has been rendered.
judgment debtor - The party against whom a judgment has been rendered.
