MISFEASANCE NONFEASANCE, MALFEASANCE.
Nonfeasance - Nonperformance of an act which should be performed; omission to perform a required duty or total neglect of duty.
Nonjury trial - Trial before the court but without a jury.
Nonfeasance: Failure to perform some act which should have been performed.
No Bill: This phrase, endorsed by a grand jury on the written indictment submitted to it for its approval, means that the evidence was found insufficient to indict.
Nonfeasance:
Not doing something that a person should be doing. Compare with malfeasance and misfeasance.
nonfeasance: Failure to perform an act that you are legally responsible for.(Compare malfeasance, misfeasance.)
nonservice: When a summons or warrant is issued but not served (delivered).

Contrast with nonfeasance.
Misjoinder: When a person has been wrongly named as a party to a law suit, a court will usually amend the proceedings to strike out the name of the misjoined party and substitute the person who should have been joined.
Malfeasance
