Property Bond - A signature bond secured by mortgage or real property.
Pro Se - In one's own behalf, commonly used to refer to a party representing himself or herself in a court action, instead of being represented by an attorney.

 


claim property bond A bond filed by a defendant in an action for replevin or execution, to procure the return of property.
class action An action filed on behalf of other persons similarly situated.

In addition to the use of bail bonds, a defendant may be released under other terms. These alternatives include Own Recognizance, Cash Bond, Surety Bond, Property Bond and Citation Release. Alternatives to Bail are determined by the court.
