Prostitution
It's the act of selling oneself for a sexual intercourse for money. Prostitution is a profession which is legal only at a permitted zones of the world.

n. the profession of performing sexual acts for money. Prostitution is a crime. Soliciting acts of prostitution is also a crime, called pandering or simply, soliciting. Pandering on behalf of a prostitute is called pimping.
Prostitution was traditionally considered a matter for the state and local police power; indeed, in 1910 every state had laws regulating prostitutes and "bawdy houses.
Prostitution has been a novel target of the law of public nuisance. As Canadian law gradually decriminalized the behaviour, creative municipal lawyers tried to curtail it by prosecuting it as a public nuisance. In BC v Couillard, the judge agreed.
Offenses considered misdemeanors will vary by state but may include vandalism, underage drinking, disorderly conduct, trespass, prostitution, public intoxication, and simple assault.

Some jurisdictions also require that the abductee, the person abducted, be a child or that that the abductor intend to marry or defile the abductee or subject him or her to prostitution or concubinage.
