Suicide
(n) Suicide is defined as the act of killing oneself, with an intention to end his own life for whatever reason, with out any external influence and help. Suicide differ from accident where there is no intention to die.

Assisted Suicide Suicide of a terminally ill or otherwise incapable person with help (such as painless drugs) from a physician, family member, or other individual. A form of euthanasia, assisted suicide is illegal in almost all states.

Witnesses are called, but a person suspected of guilt is not permitted to make a defense. Natural death, accidental death, suicide, and murder are among the possible findings. Criminal prosecution may follow a verdict of murder or culpable accident.
