Title Search
it is a record of all the possible searches and examination of the title in local offices which maintains the records of real estates in that region.

 


TITLE SEARCH An examination of the records of the Recorder of Deeds to determine whether title to the property is clear of any defects or judgments. The examiner then prepares an "Abstract of Title" documenting the status of the property.

TITLE SEARCH: A review of the land records to determine the ownership and description of the property.
TORT: A civil wrong that result in an injury to a person or property.
