Husband-Wife Privilege definition:
A special right that married persons have to keep communications between them secret and even inaccessible to a court of law.

Wife. A woman who has a husband living.
Will. A declaration fo the mind, either by word or writing, in disposing of an estate; to take place after the death of the testator. A will is to be considered as the "testament", and the instrument.

WIFE, domestic relations. A woman who has a husband.
